Calculator outputs are directional planning estimates built on the DoD Assessment Methodology as configured in the tool — they are not an official SPRS submission, an assessment, legal advice, or a guarantee of certification outcome. Verify anything you rely on for an official representation against the published DoD methodology or with a qualified practitioner.
Use of the calculator and tools
You may use the free tools for your own organization's planning. You may not scrape, resell, or misrepresent the tools or their outputs as your own, or use the Sites to transmit unlawful, malicious, or infringing content.

The Sites, their content, branding, and tools are the property of inDirectIT, Inc. or its licensors. Third-party marks (e.g., Microsoft, CMMC, Cyber AB) belong to their respective owners; references do not imply endorsement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, inDirectIT, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Sites, and its total liability related to the Sites shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars. Engagements for professional services are governed by their own written agreements, not these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
